  Love their high tea. The place is small, but nice and cosy. However, it can get pretty loud if there's just one loud table.
  
  The staff are great. They will let you know when you are booking if they are expecting a party. Last time they have a party of 10 little kids and they warned us that it is probably going to get loud before making our reservation.

  I love this little tea house - it is decorated beautifully and the owner Cathy is wonderful with such attention to detail. We have come here many times for special occasions and the tea service is delightful. Also lovely to go for a stroll after on the boardwalk or explore the great shops in Steveston. Would highly recommend!
