  I've been coming here for over 10+ years and it's still one of the better places for HK style food in Richmond. Their HK milk tea is nice and milky and refillable once. Prices have increased since before but so have most places. Their mini meal menu is worthwhile if you're not overly hungry. Parking before 7pm can be a pain as there is limited parking. After 7pm you can park at most of the reserved spaces.

  Haven't been here in a few years, went for late night dinner. Not really all that impressed with the food. There are cheaper and tastier options elsewhere.

  Food is average priced; some waitresses provide really good service but more often you'd receive hardly any service other than them bringing you the food.
