  The most delicious cakes, bread and buns I've tried here! Really good quality. A big number of things you can choose. In the evening they have a sale of mostly bread and buns, so customers will always buy fresh products.

  I bought a napoleon birthday cake. First, the presentation of the cake is horrible! The words on the cake is written in red which I thought it would be written in chocolate...and the cream underneath was scratched as shown in the pictures. I asked the staff about it and she said because they made mistakes when writing the words on it. However, her attitude was rude and without apologizing. She even asked me to pay after and I said I have already paid the full price when I placed the order! What kind of customer service is this?! This is so unprofessional!

  I haven't had a cake from Anna's Cake House in a long time. I had it again today. It still tasted good and the quality has remained the same. The cake design looked the same many years ago. I liked the cake was not too sweet and it had mixed fruits on top and inside the layers.
  
  There are different Chinese bakeries such as St. Germaine's Bakery, Maxim's, and T&T's in the market. Anna's Cake House may consider providing more varieties or update the cake designs or presentations in order to keep up the business among these bakeries. Anna's Cake House is a very traditional bakery to me.
