  This place is great, because there is never a line here, and they make coffee just as good as anyone else in the mall. so avoid the lines that you will find at other stores and have a coffee here

  Newbie barista gave me the wrong drink, which wasn't really a big deal. When I asked to have it remade correctly, the barista looks at me and tells me that "he already made the drink" and refused to make it again. Customer service much? Threw the drink straight into the trash - there's a better Blenz across the street (that actually speaks English).
