  Food is good but service is terrible. You make an order with one person and the cashier has no idea what you've ordered, so mistakes are made with almost every customer. They need an order ticket system or something....seems like the basic food service business model is lost on these people- or the staff needs more training because they probably feel like it's efficient but it's really not. I sat for 20 mins enjoying my breakfast croissant and watched customer after customer step up to the till totally confused. To top it all off the tip function is enabled on the debit machine...pretty presumptive for fast food!!
