  The décor and ambience of this little coffee shop is very welcoming. The staff are also very friendly. The coffee was quite good, and the cake was very nicely presented but was a bit lacking in flavour and texture. Would definitely go again to enjoy some coffee and chat with friends, but probably won't order cake next time.

  Came here for coffee and dessert with S.O. and our two little ones. Ordered a banana split, a hot milk, a Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee which includes three cookies and a coffee and cake combo (Blue Mountain Blend and Green Tea Red Bean Cake). We are not coffee connoisseurs so, for what it's worth, I thought the coffee was good. I also enjoyed the cake although I prefer my red bean less firm. I did not sample the cookies. The banana split consisted of a split banana, three scoops of vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and a sprinkle of non-pareils. I think I was expecting more but actually the simple vanilla ice cream and banana approach is nice. I think I might consider going back without the kids, maybe on a date night.

  I walked by this coffee shop while I was craving for coffee. Good timing! The staff of the shop was very friendly and helpful. I am a coffee nut so I asked more questions about their coffee. Apparently they roast their own beans in the shop (they have a little roasting machine). I saw a couple staffs training a new girl before I placed my order. After I ordered, the new girl switched to make my coffee but one of her trainer was looking over her shoulder. So, it seems like they care about the quality of their coffee. The cup of coffee I got was pretty good. Definitely better than a cup of Starbucks coffee but I would say a bit of improvement is needed compare to other 3rd-wave independent coffee shop. The temperature was too high. But, overall it was very good. I don't know of many coffee shop in Richmond, BC. So, I would think this is probably one of the best in the area.

  Very nice ambiance. Tea was great. Cake is very nicely presented but the texture needs a bit more improvement. Overall I really enjoy my experience here. It's a great restaurant to spend time with friends
