  I ordered a mango smoothie and it wasnt even a smoothie at all. They made it like a juice. I mean i understand if they get busy sometimes, but atleast make their preperations and portions right to satisfy their customers and so nothing is wasted!

  The drinks weren't bad, but it was a bit disappointing seeing the limited menu in store, relative to what they showcase on their corporate website. Considering that most beverages are made with powders or syrups, I'm not sure what CoCo's has to offer relative to local places like Bubble Queen or Bubble World.

  Love the fresh lemon ice tea. 10 times better than other shops that use powders instead of fresh ingredients. I agree it's a little pricey, but the quality is noticeably better.

  I have to say I'm biased towards Coco over chatime because of its consistency, as someone mentioned in their review as well.
  
  I tend to get their roasted milk tea or taro sago. Both are amazing :) however, like all bbt places, I half sweet it because it really is really sugary. I think so far, the Richmond branch is the better one - spacious too :D
