  This place is nice for getting a drink while you are shopping at Lansdowne. They have customizable sweetness and the option of a smaller sized tapioca pearl that other places dont have.

  Fast service and good quality BBT. Some staff have been really rude in the past, otherwise, the place is pretty good spot get your BBT fix.

  Was fairly disappointed with customer service. The bubble tea I ordered had a very filmsy cup that broke along the side when I put in the straw. The server gave me an extra cup but was reluctant to help me empty the contents to the new cup and re-seal the top. How hard is it to transfer to a new cup? I wasn't asking for a new drink.

  The best boba/bubble tea I've ever had. The tapioca pearls were so soft. Loved it. Don't know why it's so hard to get the texture of those tapioca pearls to be perfect but Fair Bee did it. I ordered the coconut milk tea with just the regular sweetness and it was perfection to me. Definitely will be going back whenever I'm in town.

  Not so good. They will substitute a powdered drink in place of real fruit with it telling you. There are a million of these places, so you can do much better elsewhere.
