  Nice friendly staff, but clearly no direction.
  
  I'm in this lounge twice a week and several others regularly (YEG, YYC, YWG, YYZ, IAH, MEX, LAX, PHX, LAS, YVR TB). With the exception of PHX and YVR TB, this is by far the poorest run, which is a shame since it is one of the nicest in terms of atmosphere and setting.
  
  The tables are filthy, with caked on mystery food that doesn't clean off with a quick wipe.
  
  Non existent beer selection ... one draught on tap that is usually flat. Often no one is tending the bar and there are people waiting for a drink.
  
  Last week the guest beside me was looking for a coffee and asked one of the staff for a cup, who then grabbed a bin and proceeded to clean the tables to collect the dishes. Fifteen minutes later she returned with a coffee mug.
  
  The paper towels in the Men's Room are rarely checked and a new package is often just scattered across the sink.
  
  Management: please clean your tables properly and return a decent selection of canned or bottled beer. The staff is very nice, but just sitting in your lounge for 20 minutes, I see six people working and not one table being wiped and three people have asked if there is "anybody at the bar?"
  
  The name is not fitting of the product offered. I'd be happy to reconsider my rating if you'd address some basic health concerns.
